Qualifications
- ABA or healthcare experience required.
- Established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools or referral sources in Phoenix.
- Ability to generate referrals from day one and convert relationships to care.
Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, schools, and referral partners in Phoenix.
- Represent The Treetop at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings.
- Drive completed intakes by turning provider trust into families starting care.
- Respond quickly to referrals to minimize family waiting time.
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care.
- Keep activity and relationships logged to track what's working.
