Palmetto Infusion seeks a Director of Patient Financial Services to lead billing, collections, and financial counseling, driving operational excellence and patient access to resources. You will oversee a high-performing team, improve accounts receivable, and align activities with organizational financial goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills to support patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7 years in progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience with leadership roles.
• 3 years leading revenue cycle or patient financial services teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for patient financial services operations.
• Improve collections and reduce bad debt while maintaining patient experience.
• Oversee patient communications and financial counseling processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop a high-performing patient financial services team.
