Job summary

Pfizer is seeking the Oncology Patient Solutions Innovation Enablement Director to drive strategic enablement and operational excellence across OPSA initiatives, including Pfizer Oncology Together and related patient solutions platforms.

The role partners with senior leaders, leads cross-functional teams, and uses data and analytics to optimize budgets, resources, and program impact. Remote-friendly with national scope, this position requires seasoned leadership in a complex oncology landscape.

Qualifications

• Breadth of leadership experiences and ability to influence peers and coach others.
• Experience in matrix organizations and leading without direct authority.
• Strong project management and strategic/tactical planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop, prioritize, and execute cross-functional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner and operational lead for OPSA Enablement.
• Identify and prioritize major projects and allocate resources to advance OPSA priorities.
• Coordinate with enablement and leadership to align strategy, marketing, and outcomes.
• Lead budget management and operating plan across teams for resource optimization.
• Design and execute training plans to educate customer-facing and HQ colleagues.
• Track performance metrics and translate data into leadership-ready insights.
