Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, commercial development, portfolio strategy, business development, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Experience in Oncology and leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives.
• Ability to synthesize scientific, clinical, commercial, and financial information to support portfolio prioritization and capital allocation decisions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and executive-ready storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and evolution of the Oncology portfolio strategy across tumor types, modalities, and platforms.
• Develop long-range portfolio scenarios and roadmaps for prioritization and evolution.
• Drive portfolio-level strategic trade-off discussions balancing scientific opportunity, probability of success, patient impact, and commercial value.
• Serve as strategic advisor on prioritization and capital allocation decisions for governance and executive forums.
• Integrate scientific, clinical, epidemiologic, access, policy, competitive, and commercial insights into cohesive portfolio strategies.
