Pfizer is seeking an Oncology Field Medical Outcomes Director to lead Medical strategies for designated payer accounts on a remote, field-based team. The role focuses on educating payers about clinical and economic impacts of Pfizer Oncology medicines and guiding evidence generation to improve population health.

Responsibilities include developing medical account plans, collaborating with HQ Medical Affairs, and delivering presentations to payers and advisory boards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science is required.
• Experience interacting with payers and organized customers is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Mansioni

• Provide scientific medical information on Pfizer Oncology medicines and disease states.
• Prioritize customer needs and develop Real World Evidence-based outcomes tools.
• Engage with stakeholders to advance Medical objectives and projects.
