Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, commercial development, portfolio strategy, business development, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields.
- Experience in Oncology.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives and influencing significant investment decisions.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen, including experience evaluating risk, uncertainty, and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and evolution of the Oncology portfolio strategy, identifying highest-value opportunities across tumor types, modalities, and platforms.
- Develop long-range portfolio scenarios and strategic roadmaps that inform future investment priorities.
- Assess portfolio strengths, gaps, risks, and opportunities to support proactive decision-making and resource allocation.
- Drive portfolio-level strategic trade-off discussions balancing scientific opportunity, probability of success, patient impact, and commercial value.
- Translate complex scientific and market dynamics into actionable portfolio recommendations for senior leadership.
- Serve as strategic advisor to Oncology leadership on portfolio prioritization and capital allocation decisions.
- Lead development of portfolio recommendations for governance committees and enterprise decision-making forums.
- Establish and maintain frameworks that improve consistency, rigor, and transparency in portfolio evaluations.
- Drive enterprise discussions on investment prioritization, development sequencing, indication expansion, and lifecycle optimization.
- Support critical portfolio reviews and recommendation development for senior executive stakeholders.
