Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an experienced Oncology Field Medical Affairs Director for a remote, field-based role in the United States. You will lead medical strategy and engagement with national and regional payers, SPHs, and advisory boards, providing clinical and pharmacoeconomic insights to inform formulary decisions.

You will collaborate with HQ Medical, HEOR, and Field teams to develop customer-specific projects and outcomes research, advancing patient care while navigating a complex US healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science required.
• Significant experience engaging payers and organized customers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 65% of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical information on Pfizer Oncology medicines to payers and regional customers.
• Develop and execute Medical account plans with HQ Medical teams and HEOR input.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance medical strategies for field customers.
• Lead clinical content development and HIT/clinical informatics initiatives in the region.
• Represent Medical Affairs in interactions with medical associations and advisory boards.
