Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Director of Student Accounts to lead the student accounts function. The role manages billing, receivables, collections, third‑party billing, compliance and financial reporting in partnership with Financial Aid, Enrollment, Registrar, and ITS.

The position requires a 4‑year degree (Master’s preferred) and 3+ years in student accounts or related fields, with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, accounting or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for all Student Accounts processes and compliance.
• Oversee student billing, receivables, payment administration, collections, third‑party billing, and related reporting.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and robust internal controls.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Enrollment, Registrar, Finance and ITS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Direct AR aging analysis and develop improvement plans.
