Qualifications

• Proven purchasing or procurement leadership experience within the building materials industry.
• Experience purchasing doors, windows, millwork, or similar construction materials.
• Established vendor relationships and industry connections.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Demonstrated success reducing purchasing costs and improving supplier performance.
• Experience overseeing inventory management, purchasing forecasts, and material delivery schedules.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing/procurement software.
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all purchasing and procurement operations.
