Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead accounts payable, procurement, and contract management teams.
• Develop and implement spending strategies to optimize cost, cash flow, and mission funding.
• Create and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
• Oversee full procurement lifecycle from needs assessment to contract renewal.
• Negotiate vendor terms to ensure cost-effective acquisition.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on contract requirements and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Oversee high-volume invoice processing, payments, and expense reports.
