Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement, purchasing, or P2P leadership experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Nonprofit/public-sector procurement controls knowledge.
• Strong analytics and communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and P2P platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's procurement and P2P strategy.
• Drive cost savings and efficiency through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Oversee all procurement activities and vendor management.
• Lead change management for new procurement systems and policies.
• Develop KPIs and report procurement performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Management & General, and Program teams.
