VMRC Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community seeks a Director/Manager of Organizational Learning and Development to lead staff development and educational programming across campus. You will advise leadership, plan curricula, and coordinate onboarding and orientation, partnering with internal and external experts to advance VMRC's strategic goals.

Role includes supervising learning activities, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement in education offerings for a

Competenze

• Knowledge of adult learning theory applied to workplace learning.
• Experience guiding organizational change through structured programs.
• Ability to apply training transfer theories to practice.
• Ability to use varied training methods to meet staff needs.
• Experience writing or updating curriculum for organizational needs.
• Experience coordinating with external training vendors or consultants.
• Proficiency with web-based training and AV equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
