Planned Parenthood of Greater New York seeks a Senior Director, Operational Performance to align operational performance with financial sustainability across the health center network.

The role translates operational, workforce, clinical, and financial data into actionable insights for decision-makers, partnering with Finance, Clinical Services, Revenue Cycle, HR, IT, BI, and others to drive efficiency and accountability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Economics or Data Analytics.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare finance, FP&A, analytics, or operations preferred.
• Experience partnering with operational, clinical, and financial leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Operational Resource Management with budgets, forecasts, and staffing planning.
• Drive Performance Management by defining metrics and executive dashboards.
• Support Strategic Planning with forecasting, new programs, and investments.
• Partner cross-functionally to enable data-informed decisions and financial stewardship.
