Planned Parenthood of Greater New York (PPGNY) seeks a Senior Director, Operational Performance to align operational performance with financial sustainability and organizational goals. You will translate operational, workforce, clinical, and financial data into actionable insights for decision-makers across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance, FP&A, or operations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analytics across multi-site ambulatory operations.
• Experience partnering with operational, clinical, and financial leaders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Health Center Operations and Finance on budgets and workforce planning.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and collaborate with BI and various departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide strategic planning and decision support for service expansion and investments.
