Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater New York is seeking a Senior Director of Operational Performance to align operational performance with financial sustainability and organizational goals. You will translate complex data into insights, collaborating with Health Center Operations, Finance, and BI to guide decisions across the health center network.

The role emphasizes workforce planning, budgeting, dashboards, and strategic planning, with a focus on improving access, efficiency, and patient experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance, FP&A, or operations.
• Experience partnering with operational, clinical, and financial leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner between Operations, Finance, and BI.
• Translate operational, workforce, clinical, and financial data into actionable insights.
• Support planning, forecasting, and decision-making across the health center network.
• Lead performance improvement, resource optimization, and financial stewardship initiatives.
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses for initiatives.
