Job summary

Papa John’s International, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing to oversee multi-location regional marketing initiatives in Phoenix and surrounding markets.

You will partner with the OVP and President to execute digital, print and local store campaigns, driving growth and brand presence. The role requires a proven track record in strategic marketing, budgeting and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to travel to markets and manage a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience and 3+ years leading a team.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred.
• Personal vehicle with insurance and ability to travel for market visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing initiatives with the OVP and President.
• Track expenses to manage the marketing budget.
• Measure ROAS for all marketing activity.
• Manage 3rd party marketing campaigns and local store platforms.
• Collaborate with Operations and LSM Coordinators on SLM plans.
• Manage pricing, OMS and monitor competitor pricing.
