Papa Johns in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Director of Marketing to lead regional marketing across digital, print, and local store campaigns. You will work with OVP and President, manage budgets, and drive business growth with operations teams.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing and 3+ years leading a team, with a Bachelor's preferred. Travel may be required; benefits include health benefits, employee discount, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience required
• 3+ years managing a team required
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred
• Personal vehicle with insurance and ability to travel for market visits

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic regional marketing initiatives with OVP & President
• Track and control marketing expenses within budget
• Measure ROAS for all marketing activities
• Manage 3rd party campaigns and local store presence
• Collaborate with Operations/LSM Coordinators on SLM plans
• Oversee pricing, OMS and competitor pricing tracking
• Analyze data to optimize campaigns and hours of operation
• Manage local email campaigns and social media to engage communities
• Serve as Brand Ambassador to improve public relations
• Perform other duties as assigned
