Job summary

You will recruit, coach, and evaluate leaders, manage budgets, implement growth strategies, and coordinate with corporate to align market objectives across the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive management experience required.
• Three (3) years in multi-unit management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee several Arizona locations and lead General Managers.
• Drive customer satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, coach, and develop operations leaders; manage staffing and performance reviews.
• Set market direction, monitor budgets, and implement growth strategies.
• Collaborate with corporate to ensure brand standards and legal compliance.
