Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in residential land acquisitions.
• Proven success in negotiating and acquiring land.
• Leadership roles managing large-scale building projects or land portfolios.
• Bachelor's Degree (JD or Master’s degree is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Land Acquisition department and negotiate land acquisitions.
• Oversee land use analysis and purchase agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence including land planning, environmental, utilities, and title analysis.
• Collaborate with in-house engineering firm and title company.
