Job summary

Toll Brothers in Draper, Utah seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our division’s sales team and drive revenue across luxury communities. This on-site role partners with senior leaders to set goals, pricing, and strategy, while coaching a diverse group of sales consultants to achieve results.

Relocation assistance to Utah is provided, and you will champion brand standards, collaborate on marketing, and ensure excellence in customer experience across all communities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of homebuilding experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate license preferred where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recommendations to achieve the division's business plan and revenue projections.
• Lead a sales team to drive traffic, pricing decisions, and community performance.
• Coach, hire, train and retain a productive sales team with growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and other leaders to optimize sales strategies and signage.
