Job summary

Toll Brothers in Draper, Utah, seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales team across luxury home communities. The on-site role reports to the Division President and partners with marketing, operations, and national sales to achieve the business plan.

You will develop pricing, incentives, and programs for multiple product offerings, mentor a high-performing team, and champion the Toll Brothers brand while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of homebuilding experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Real estate license preferred, unless required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive sales goals and revenue.
• Lead, train, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and National Sales on strategies and events.
• Set pricing, incentives, and home designs across communities.
• Champion Toll Brothers brand and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
