Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in residential land acquisitions.
• Proven success in negotiating and acquiring land.
• Leadership experience managing large-scale projects or land portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead Land Acquisition department in negotiation of land acquisitions and purchase agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence: concept land planning, environmental, utility, and title analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to adjust acquisition strategies.
