Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree in organizational development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in learning & development, organizational development, or talent management.
• Proven experience directly leading teams and influencing senior leaders.
• Experience in a for-profit or corporate environment, with strong business acumen and mission alignment.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing leadership development and professional learning programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate organizational strategy into actionable learning initiatives.
• Onsite work in the greater Rome, Georgia area at least three days per week; relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with the foundation's mission, values, and priorities while leading a team of learning professionals.
• Ensure learning programs reflect biblically based values and spiritual development principles.
• Create and oversee professional development programs for leaders at all levels and for individual contributors.
• Build learning pathways to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
• Implement blended learning solutions and facilitate training for senior-level leaders.
• Identify digital platforms and resources to deliver foundation-wide content and participate in the L&D community.
