Job summary

World Wildlife Fund (WWF) seeks a Director of Organizational Development & Learning to lead strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership, and workforce readiness while upholding WWF's values.

You will partner with senior leaders to advance organization design, change and talent management, and oversee enterprise learning programs with data-driven impact measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, education, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and development, talent management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success designing and leading enterprise organization development, change management, leadership development, and talent initiatives.
• Experience with learning technologies, learning management systems, and data-informed program evaluation.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects and budgets.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning, organizational behavior, and change management principles.
• Identifies and aligns with WWF's core values: COURAGE, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, COLLABORATION.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the Organizational Development & Learning strategy.
• Lead enterprise change efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and sustainability.
• Design and deliver leadership, manager, and employee development programs.
• Oversee talent and organizational effectiveness practices, including org design, succession, and workforce planning.
• Oversee the annual learning curriculum from needs assessment through impact measurement.
• Lead WWF's AI learning initiative and maintain related policies and resources.
• Manage coaching and assessment programs, including 360 feedback and other tools.
• Facilitate learning sessions and executive or team interventions as needed.
• Manage OD & Learning budget and advise senior leaders on training budgets.
• Chair WWF's Learning Committee and represent People & Culture in related forums.
• Manage staff, consultants, vendors, and complex projects to deliver outcomes on time and budget.
