Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, accounting, business or related field; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of related business management experience.
• Valid Ohio license or ability to obtain administrative license.
• Strong communication, written and oral.
• Project management for capital improvement projects.
• Computer skills to maintain records and reports.
• Analytical ability to forecast financial needs.
• Supervisory skills for daily operations.
• Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and emergencies.
• Ability to conduct building site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities, Food Service, Transportation departments.
• Support coordinators in staff selection and scheduling.
• Provide orientation and training to staff.
• Lead leadership team meetings and set departmental goals.
• Develop policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Identify facility needs and coordinate capital improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage contracts.
• Perform site visits and monitor progress of projects.
