Qualifications

• Director-level leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure, enterprise systems, platform services, or technology operations.
• Experience leading large and complex organizations (UTSW-scale or larger).
• Experience with cloud, AI, infrastructure modernization, or technology lifecycle planning.
• Healthcare or academic medical center experience preferred due to regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day service deliverables within the Enterprise Systems and Services division.
• Review incidents and ensure timely resolution with proper prioritization and escalation.
• Partner with leadership to manage operational priorities and budget.
• Assist with strategic project portfolio planning and capital budgeting.
• Lead enterprise architects in delivering scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
• Evaluate future technology trends and establish standards and policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and business partners to plan demand and roadmap.
