Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems and Services to lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and technology operations across a mission-critical environment. You will partner with executive leadership to define strategy, governance, and modernization while ensuring security, reliability, and regulatory compliance for core systems.

The role demands extensive enterprise-level leadership, collaboration with clinical and research stakeholders,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
10 years of progressively responsible, related experience including at least 3 years in supervisory capacity.
Experience with ITIL and developing operational sustainability plans.

Responsibilities

Directs day-to-day service deliverables for ESS and reviews incidents to ensure timely resolution.
Plan and oversee Enterprise Systems portfolio in alignment with annual strategic goals.
Lead enterprise architects to deliver vetted, sound solutions for the UT Southwestern Enterprise.
Oversee lifecycle management, forecasting, and budgeting for infrastructure assets.
Support policy development for server hardware, OS, storage, and compute components.
