You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Fidelity’s Brokerage unit, leveraging AI capabilities and cloud analytics to accelerate learning and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience turning data into meaningful insights that influence strategy and drive business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field; MBA/MS advantageous.
• Proven ability to create measurement frameworks and performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Strong strategic problem-solver translating complex questions into actionable insights.
• Advanced analytical expertise with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Github, and Power BI; cloud data environments.
