You will partner with stakeholders to source solutions using data and craft executive-ready narratives that support business objectives.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, complex project management, and coaching analysts, with a focus on turning data into strategic decisions and influencing roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong expertise in value measurement, attribution, and causal analytics.
• Experience analyzing unstructured data (call transcripts, survey verbatims).
• Ability to manage sophisticated projects across teams and influence timelines.
• Excellent communication to executive leadership; proficient with presentation tools (ThinkCell, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience interacting with leaders at all levels and crafting data stories.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python to manipulate large datasets.
• Highly organized, self-motivated with strong leadership and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Support analytic initiatives and projects; build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven, contextualized insights to communicate narratives and visualizations.
• Influence roadmaps and articulate future vision for key initiatives.
• Act as a connection point to other analytical teams across WI and BUs; lead cross-functional teams.
• Coach and guide analysts across WI and other BUs.
