Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an analytics expert to drive data-informed decisions and transformative customer experiences. In this IC role within Fidelity’s AACI team, you’ll deliver insights across datasets, from customer behavior to financial metrics, and influence strategic outcomes.

You will synthesize complex analyses for stakeholders, champion experimentation, and leverage AI and cloud analytics to scale impact across the Fidelity experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years turning data into meaningful insights that influence strategy, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field; MBA or MS degree is advantageous.
• Proven ability to create innovative measurement frameworks, benchmarking approaches, and performance metrics that help leaders make confident, data-driven decisions.
