Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Director of Advanced Data Analytics and Insights to drive data-informed decisions and transform customer experiences for millions of investors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Fidelity’s Brokerage unit, leveraging AI capabilities and cloud analytics to accelerate learning and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience turning data into meaningful insights that influence strategy and drive business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field; MBA/MS advantageous.
• Proven ability to create measurement frameworks and performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Strong strategic problem-solver translating complex questions into actionable insights.
• Advanced analytical expertise with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Github, and Power BI; cloud data environments.

The Team

We are searching for an innovative and team-oriented analytics expert to spearhead data-driven projects that influence business strategy, eliminate customer obstacles, and improve the customer experience. In this Individual Contributor role, you’ll be an indispensable member of the AACI team, embedded within Fidelity’s Brokerage business unit.

You’ll work alongside an agile, interdisciplinary team with expertise across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, and product development - driving experimentation and personalization across the Fidelity experience.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
