Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or seven (7) years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs to promote clinical excellence and patient care.
• Collaborates with Nursing Directors, Infection Control, Quality Improvement, and physicians to assess needs and design targeted programs.
• Coordinates with market, regional, and corporate education leaders to align facility programs with enterprise goals.
• Supervises and mentors education management and clinical educators to achieve educational objectives.
• Maintains a clinical presence on nursing units and supports interventions in line with standards.
• Oversees regulatory compliance and accreditation activities for clinical education.
• Establishes partnerships with educational institutions and community stakeholders to enhance offerings.
• Demonstrates adult learning principles to create impactful training programs.
• Serves as a clinical resource to support staff in evidence-based care planning.
