Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Director, Clinical Education to lead the development and management of comprehensive educational programs across the facility. You will partner with Nursing Directors, Infection Control, Quality Improvement, and physicians to tailor learning, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance evidence-based practice.

This role focuses on building staff capabilities, supervising educators, and aligning education with organizational goals while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree may apply.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs for clinical excellence.
• Collaborates with Nursing Directors and physicians to assess staff needs.
• Oversees regulatory compliance and accreditation activities.
• Establishes partnerships with educational institutions and community stakeholders.
• Mentors education management staff and supports staff on patient care strategies.
• Maintains attendance and complies with policies.
