Job summary

Qualifications

- 7+ years in leadership roles within healthcare or clinical education.
- Experience designing and overseeing large-scale education programs.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive educational programs across the organization.
- Collaborates with Nursing Directors, Infection Control, Quality Improvement, and physicians to design targeted programs.
- Coordinates with education leadership to align facility programs with enterprise objectives.
- Mentors education management and clinical educators to reach goals.
- Ensures regulatory compliance and accreditation activities in education.
- Establishes partnerships with educational institutions and community stakeholders.
