Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a dynamic Director for Navy and Marine Corps Programs to lead strategy, engagement with the U.S. Navy/Coast Guard, and pursuit of DoN/DHS priorities from Arlington, VA. You’ll shape investment profiles, build executive relationships, and drive growth across Collins’ strategic units.

The role requires deep DoD budgeting knowledge, DoN/Coast Guard familiarity, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders while navigating complex government processes.

Qualifications

• University degree required with extensive experience in Navy/Marine Corps programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Strong network building with government officials and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Collins representative to Navy/Marine Corps and customers in DC area.
• Develop investment profiles and capture strategies to address capability gaps.
• Lead business development initiatives across Collins SBUs and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate across units to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed presentations on requirements, funding profiles, and strategic direction.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
