Honeywell Aerospace US LLC seeks a Director of Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Productivity to own strategy, delivery, governance, and operations of Microsoft 365 workloads across messaging, collaboration, content, and productivity.

Role partners with Identity, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint teams to ensure reliable, scalable services aligned with business objectives. Leads 365 engineering, administration, and support teams while driving adoption and cost optimization.

Competenze

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years leading enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with GCC High and knowledge of federal regulations.
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Proven experience operating large-scale collaboration platforms.
• Strong background in SaaS operations, platform governance, and user adoption.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and US Citizenship.
• Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.

• Define and execute the Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Drive adoption of modern collaboration patterns and productivity best practices.
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 features and services for business value and usability.
• Own the operational health, availability, and performance of collaboration workloads.
• Lead configuration, lifecycle management, and service optimization for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Oversee tenant level configuration related to usability, sharing models, and collaboration standards.
• Establish governance models for Teams creation and lifecycle and SharePoint provisioning.
• Lead adoption initiatives and change management efforts with HR and Communications.
• Provide executive reporting on service health, adoption, and roadmap progress.
• Manage Microsoft support engagements and third party vendors.
• Forecast demand and manage budgets related to productivity services.
