Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; JD or LLM degree desirable.
• Five+ years in collective bargaining and labor relations activities.
• Advanced understanding of labor and employment laws.
• Strong written and oral communication, listening, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grievance process from intake to resolution and guide managers.
• Represent the University in arbitrations and proceedings as needed.
• Support or lead labor negotiations and bargaining preparation.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations and workforce matters.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and agreements; use data to inform strategy.
