Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Experience in higher education preferred; strong negotiation and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary FAS liaison for the HAW-UAW contract; guide interpretation and compliance.
• Support managers in grievance processes and coordination with OLR and GC offices.
• Facilitate contract-related disciplinary investigations and data requests.
• Participate in future contract negotiations as a bargaining team member.
• Provide contingency planning support for potential labor disruptions.
• Support committees and advisory bodies with contractual interests.
• Represent FAS in university-wide committees on contract management and information systems.
