Westminster College seeks a Senior Director of Residential Life and Conduct to provide strategic leadership for the College’s residential life program, supervise housing staff, oversee student conduct, and manage the program budget. The role reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Services and drives inclusive, student-centered residential life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, College Student Personnel, Educational Leadership, Social Work, or closely related field.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience in residence life, student conduct, student affairs, or higher education administration.
• Supervisory experience of professional/graduate staff.
• Experience adjudicating student conduct cases and interpreting college policies.
• Experience with budget planning and tracking.
• Seven years of leadership in Student Affairs or Residence Life is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide vision and leadership for Residence Life Program.
• Represent Residence Life to students, parents, visitors and campus community.
• Manage department budget and capital budget for residence hall renovations.
• Provide strategic leadership for programs, services, and initiatives that support student development.
• Lead behavioral intervention and crisis response initiatives.
• Coordinate student conduct processes and collaborate with Title IX office.
• Collaborate with campus partners to enhance the residential experience and address student concerns.
