Job summary

Westminster College is seeking a Senior Director of Residential Life and Conduct to provide strategic leadership for the College's residential life program. The role includes supervising the Housing Coordinator and graduate assistants, overseeing budgets, and guiding student conduct and crisis response.

The Senior Director will collaborate with Academic Support, Facilities, Dining Services, Campus Security, and the Wellness Center to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging residential environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or related field is required.
• Four+ years of progressively responsible residence life or student affairs experience.
• Experience supervising staff and adjudicating student conduct cases.
• Experience handling crises, risk assessment, and budget oversight.
• Familiarity with FERPA and related student-record regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Residence Life, housing, and student conduct.
• Direct the budget and supervise staff including graduate assistants.
• Lead crisis response, behavioral intervention, and student support efforts.
• Collaborate with campus partners to promote student success and retention.
• Represent the division in committees and campus initiatives.
