Job summary

Westminster College seeks a Senior Director of Residential Life and Conduct to provide strategic leadership for the College’s residential life program and supervise housing staff. This role oversees the department budget, student conduct processes, and crisis response, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment that fosters student success.

The Senior Director will collaboratewith Academic Support, Facilities, Dining Services, Campus Security, and external partners to advance residential programming

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, or closely related field; doctorate preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Residence Life Program and supervise Housing Coordinator and graduate assistants.
• Oversee residential life budget, resident advisor program, and campus crisis response efforts.
• Administer Student Conduct processes and coordinate intervention discussions with campus partners.
• Collaborate with campus departments and community partners to enhance residential student life and well-being.
