Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Global Markets, Business Management, front-office COO, Strategy, Finance, Management Consulting, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of equity markets, market structure, institutional trading, cash equities, ETFs, index products, and capital markets operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define strategic priorities with Heads of Cash Equities and Global Index & ETF.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, management reports, and strategic analyses for senior leadership.
• Monitor performance against financial and strategic objectives; develop dashboards and KPIs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and investment prioritization.
