Job summary

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Vice President, Business Management, Global Fixed Income to support growth and operational excellence across the GFI business. This front-office role reports to the Managing Director, Strategy & Business Management, and will own major portions of the GFI management agenda, including performance reporting and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Global Markets, Investment & Corporate Banking or Management Consulting.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a complex global organization.
• Ability to own end-to-end workstreams with competing priorities and incomplete information.
• Strong written/verbal communication and executive material preparation.
• Advanced analytical and financial/problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted strategic partner to the Co-Heads of GFI and MD, Strategy & Business Management.
• Prepare executive briefs, talking points, and governance materials for internal/external stakeholders.
• Track commitments and ensure timely follow-through on senior leadership discussions.
• Identify risks and escalate matters requiring executive attention.
• Coordinate leadership offsites and executive communications.
• Own GFI P&L reporting, KPIs, and league tables; work with Business Coordinator on materials.
