Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CM COO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute strategic priorities.
Drive enterprise and business-level initiatives from concept through execution.
Monitor progress against strategic objectives and identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
Coordinate annual business planning, operating reviews, and leadership offsites.
Lead high-priority strategic projects across the organization.
