Job summary

GreatAmerica Financial Services seeks a Director of Financial & Regulatory Reporting to lead regulatory filings, GAAP financial statements, external reporting, and management reporting. You’ll partner with treasury, FP&A, tax, risk, and auditors to ensure accurate, timely disclosures in a heavily regulated environment.

You will guide internal reporting, executive communications, controls, and process improvements while mentoring the reporting team and aligning initiatives with finance strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting experience.
• Experience within regulated banking environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting preparation and submission.
• Oversee GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Develop accounting policies and disclosure documentation.
• Establish and maintain reporting governance and controls.
