Job summary

ITCON Services, LLC (ITCON) is seeking an experienced Director of Service Delivery to join our management team in Tysons, VA. Hybrid: 4 days in office and 1 day remote; must be a U.S.

citizen capable of obtaining a Public Trust clearance. The Senior Director will lead a portfolio of software development, O&M, and contact center programs, building high-performing teams and delivering innovative technology solutions for federal government clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in federal contracting.
• 10+ years managing large software programs and tech projects.
• U.S. Citizenship and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with federal procurement contracts and GWACs/IDIQs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of software development, O&M, and contact center programs.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive service delivery excellence and customer success.
• Develop strategic roadmaps with customers and leadership.
• Oversee portfolio financial management and forecasting.
• Promote Agile/PMI methodologies.
