ICF International is seeking a Director, Program Manager to lead the delivery and oversight of engagements serving the U.S. Department of Transportation. The role combines entrepreneurial leadership with deep IT delivery expertise in requirements, design, development, and agile management.

The position is hybrid, with time in Reston, VA and client meetings in Washington, DC. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be comfortable operating in a federal contract environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of agile IT program management experience.
• Active management certification (e.g. PMP, CSM).
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements.
• Must reside in the United States and work in the United States for a federal contract.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple programs and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Engage with client leadership to set and manage expectations.
• Oversee project teams, activities and tasks, enforcing best practices and quality standards.
• Maintain proactive communications to solicit feedback and address issues with the customer.
