Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategic direction and governance of our enterprise application portfolio.

You will oversee the Applications team, partner with business and tech leaders, and drive roadmaps that support growth and operational excellence. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, deep Workday expertise, AI governance experience, and a track record of delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or a related field.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience supporting, managing, and leading enterprise applications.
• Five or more years of hands-on experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Three or more years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
• Three or more years of hands-on administration experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Ironclad.
• Experience leading the evaluation, governance, implementation, and adoption of AI and intelligent automation technologies.
• Proven success leading organizational change management efforts related to enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience developing and managing operating and project budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and technology investments.
• Strong business acumen with ERP and HCM system implementation experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise application strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead IT leadership team and contribute to technology strategy, budgeting, and risk management.
• Coach and develop Enterprise Applications team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Define governance, architecture standards, and change control for enterprise apps.
• Oversee lifecycle of enterprise applications, including integrations and upgrades.
• Provide leadership for Workday and core platforms, including security and data quality.
• Lead governance and adoption of AI technologies to drive business value.
• Participate hands-on in solution design, troubleshooting, and low-code development as needed.
• Drive change management, adoption strategies, and training planning.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for tech investments.
• Establish service levels and operational metrics for app performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure quality service.
