Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data Protection & Privacy to lead the EDPP program, establishing governance, risk management, and compliance across the enterprise.

You will oversee privacy law compliance (GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and state laws), monitor regulatory developments, mitigate privacy risks, and drive remediation for exams and audits. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than 12 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in risk/compliance/audit competencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee privacy and data protection laws compliance across the org.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise privacy risks.
