Job summary

STAR Financial Bank is seeking a Director, Enterprise Data to develop and execute the data and analytics strategy across the organization. You will own governance, performance dashboards, and standardized reporting to enable executives and boards with trusted insights.

You will lead a team of data professionals, partner with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Technology, and drive data quality, privacy, and information security practices across regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading teams, enterprise programs, or cross-functional data governance and analytics initiatives.
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks, data quality controls, and enterprise analytics practices.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
• Experience supporting regulatory, audit, privacy, information security, or reporting integrity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with the bank's plan.
• Own the data governance roadmap, analytics prioritization, and reporting standards.
• Establish enterprise standards for metrics, definitions, semantic models, dashboards, and board reporting.
• Oversee data quality, lineage, and certified datasets across major business lines.
• Lead a cross-functional data governance team and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.
